Marilon is the sweetest lady ever. She spent a half hour helping my 12 year old son find the right lock nut for his E-bike. They just don’t make them like that anymore so I had to make sure someone sees this and hopefully gives her the praise she deserves. Will be back for any hardware needs

Service is bad. I was looking for a set of Allen wrenches. I was obviously looking for something in the aisles. There were 2 employees in the aisles that looked at me and didn't say anything and provided no help. Then near the counter i found a cheap discount bin which was perfect (I only needed one size allen wrench and didnt need to buy a whole set). I was looking though it for 5 or 10 minutes with 2 cashiers standing looking right at me the whole time and not one of them asked me if I needed help locating something. Won't go back here again.

This place is great. I've been coming here for more than ten years. It's not a big box store, so it's not really geared for anybody wanting to sprint in and grab a bucket of screws and a couple sheets of marine grade plywood cheaper than Lowe's. But you will get some help within seconds of you deciding you need it, they'll get creepily close to an exact color match to the small paint chip you're trying to match (the first time) and you won't wait 45 minutes for somebody to get back from break to cut some cable for you (that doesn't even work in that department any more anyway) and you won't have to be iron man qualified to safely get to the light fixtures and back... to some people, there is all that stuff. Just saying.

Very convenient store with helpful staff but they are very frequently out of many things. Please conduct better inventory and ordering. Also, some of the prices are slightly elevated.

Never has anything in stock. No bike locks, no air pumps for tires, no space heaters. Don’t waste your time coming to this location
