Comprehensively great experience - two visits in a row! The level of service was refreshing and reassuring. These folks seemed to genuinely care about me as a person, as well as the helping me with the reason I was in their store. Special Shout out to Arman for finding me a new Bike. Didn't even know they carried bikes. Other folks that made the experience great were Mario and Rudy.

This is preposterously bad service. I ordered 10 items 7days ago, with confirmation email saying lookout for an email saying when it arrives, but had an estimated date the date came and gone, I checked the status the next day, and it says "Cancelled." Thinking it was a mistake, I called up the store where it was supposed to be delivered. On their end, all it said was "DO NOT FULFILL." No email notification, no call, no text, no nothing. What a joke.

Ace probably have forgotten about us crazy Aussies in their store but we haven't forgotten about them. What amazing staff this store has. We came all the way from Australia in April and needed some parts for a model at a convention we couldn't carry on the plane. The staff looked around the whole store until they came across the exact thing we needed. Only thing was, they were legs for a shelf they weren't using at the time. On agreement we brought something else we would lend three legs and return in 4 days time. So we did buy some other items, took the legs and put the model on display. Well due to their help our stand at the North America Trenchless Show we won an innovation award!! Legs presented at the front of the attached picture :P After the show they were returned in perfect order and all the staff remembered us! I cant thank everyone enough for helping us. you looked all over the shop for the perfect item and the item be it not for sale we will forever be in your debt. So from the crazy aussies a massive thank you.

Hugo, Armon and Alan fixed my shopping cart for me. I had THREE people helping me while you can’t find anyone to help you at the larger home improvement stores. And they didn’t even charge me! Great neighborhood-feel service right smack in the middle of downtown. Thank you!!!

I recently purchased paint and supplies here. Every employee I encountered was quick to help me find what I needed and answered all my questions. The store manager, Savannah, was particularly helpful. She "went the extra mile" to help me resolve a problem I had and cheerfully followed up with me the next day to be certain everything had been resolved to my satisfaction. Great people make this store a fantastic resource in the heart of Denver.
