The lady that helped me on my way in was very helpful and knew exactly where what I was looking for was. That is a nice change of pace from most ace harwares. My only critique is that they don't have bags, especially when I bought a ton of little items a bag would have been nice. And if they do offer bags it would've been nice to be offered one by the cashier as I was struggling to carry everything on my way out

I ordered a grill from this store for next day delivery and they accidentally sent the wrong (albeit very similar) one. The store manager, Travis, went above and beyond to build the correct one and get it to me only a couple of hours later. Everyone I interacted with from the store, Travis and both delivery drivers were so kind and helpful. Its hard to find service of this quality in stores anymore, will definitely be returning here for future needs.

Very incompetent staff. Rarely can they actually assist you with your needs because they have no clue about the products they sell. Research what you want and bypass the staff and find it yourself if you absolutely must shop at this store. Otherwise you'd be better served somewhere else

We came into this store with a unique problem. Sal greeted us upon entering, asked us about our needs, and made it his top priority to help fix it. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized for his friendliness, skills, and excellent customer service.

I use this store a lot and its location and inventory are good. However Nico is what gives it 4 stars. He welcomes you into the store, has a great attitude and is always focused on a solution. I had some house paint I needed shook ( a few years old) and Nico said no problem - but then got overruled by another employee who said “they” can’t because of the possibility of the paint exploding as he was about to shake it up??? Sherwin Williams down the road had no issue helping and it wasn’t their paint. They just know good customer service. Came in today and was looking for a 3” self drilling screw. No one locally has them, but Nico was able to order them up for delivery next week. Perfect! He also sent some time helping me decide which is the best screw for my application. When I asked another employee on the fastener aisle if I could ask a quick question - his response was sorry I just clocked out? Same person for the paint issues above. There is another Ace up in Green Mountain that isn’t that much farther of a drive. But it is employees like Nico that help keep my loyalty to this Ace. I hope his management team values him as much as his customers.
