Huge shoutout to Ben at Ace Hardware! We were assembling furniture for our daughter and ran into an issue where a pre-drilled hole wouldn’t take a bolt. We called ahead and Ben assured us they had the tools—and when we arrived, he actually sought us out. He took the piece, fixed it on the spot, and saved our project. Amazing customer service and exactly why Ace is the place to go!

I've been coming to this ACE for about 20 years and have always had a great experience. Very helpful staff, familiar faces, friendly, and a neighborly feel to the place. So happy to have this business in my neighborhood. See you all soon!

The older lady cashier was rude and treated me and my wife like we were thiefs, especially when my wife's card was declined yet she still had payment available. The staff profiled us even though we are paying customers.

I love ACE Hardwares and they almost always are able to help me find what I need! This ACE however, is full of rude employees pushing me out for asking where the restroom was even though I was a customer

This is the most pleasant store - hardware or otherwise - in which to shop. I have never had a bad experience or been given bad advice. They always have what I need, or they get it for me...usually in less than a week. The people are friendly and knowlegeable, and take the time to get to know you without being a bit pushy. Such a home-town feel...a real respite in the middle of a big city. Thanks, folks, for your wonderful people and service!!! Update: a HUGE thank-you to Randy, who helped me with the right tool AND information to get my garbage disposal going again. I absolutely LOVE this store and it’s wonderful employees!
