Walked in to buy an impact for work and was almost IMMEDIATELY was kicked out by this incredibly rude employee named Karen, she claimed to recognize me and when I asked where the power tools were she responded with”they are locked up” not even answering my question and called the cops on me while I was leaving. This lady is incredibly discriminatory and unacceptable. Never shopping here ever again

Whoa, I was SO LUCKY to find J.R. at this store! He helped my daughter and I IMMENSELY, as we restored her 120 year old home. He is SO helpful, and knew everything we needed. Thank you JR!

I do my best to support local stores, but man this place broke me. I’ll be doing the rest of my shopping at big hardware stores. I tried to return an item that I paid in cash with my ace account. I had all of the information on the phone app but no longer had the receipt. Despite having everything on my phone, the cashier refused to give me my money back. She was extremely passive aggressive, rude and unhelpful. She insinuated that I could’ve picked the item off the street and was trying to rip them off. She requested a manager and said he was at lunch (at 6pm) I gave up and left and as I was walking past the store, the manger magically appears. The manager didn’t know how to return the amount as store credit struggled to figure out how to reimburse the tax. Throughout the protracted process the cashier continued ti be passive aggressive. The process took over 25 minutes and left 1.44 poorer and with a hard lesson learned, some places don’t deserve your business.

Really great local Ace. Went here to get a few things. Store organized, staff very friendly, and most importantly, easy to get the items you need! Went to get some batteries, easy to locate, and got a battery tester which was also easy to locate as well. The help center they have there has really nice staff too. And checkout was quick and easy also. So, all in all, great local Ace. Will be back! Thanks Ace!

Geri at the register was helpful in partnering me with a team member to locate an item (not just requesting this over the radio and sending me off, but actually walking with me to be sure I was met). I had Tanisha, the store manager’s, help to look for an item that was described online as being available at this location. When it was found to be out of stock, she kindly ordered one for me and offered to personally deliver it to my home in a few days. Exceptional service all around. Thank you!!
