What a nice store! It was clean, well-organized with a very friendly/helpful staff. While there, I observed a cool demonstration of their kitchen knife sharpening machine. They even have a small offering of Jerry's nuts and candies.

5 star rating for a hardware store? Yes, it’s that good. It might not necessarily be as large as something like a Home Depot, but I think this is truly a fun story to go to. The range of products that they have that are for every day home use, fun, and also gifts is amazing. I was also surprised with the staff and how helpful they were and willing to help.

Price markups are insane compared to other stores. I needed a single cr2 battery. This is 70% more at ace than at amazon. Make it make sense. Or honor price match prices and I won't hesitate to shop here. Otherwise I'm shopping at Amazon or Lowe's still.

I was out of propane in my RV during this cold snap Denver is having, my clock set itself an hour off, so it was minutes to closing time. Sam was the the man, a gentleman, and helped me get the gas I needed as to not freeze tonight. Thank you Sam! Excellent customer service!

If I have a bad customer service experience somewhere, sometimes I will just stop in at Jerry's Ace to get the opposite experience. This Ace Hardware may have the most competent and helpful staff not just of any hardware store, but of any business I have ever frequented. So glad to have them in our neighborhood.
