Had a quick drop in to grab some beautiful flowers I had outside. Had my teen son with me as we ran in to pay. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. I asked which bug spray they used for their flowers and employee kindly went and grabbed it for me. As my son and I entered our car he said, “Wow! Everyone was so friendly in there!” Great atmosphere and very clean store!

I visited this hardware store for the first time yesterday and it was such a great experience. I found many things I didn't need and also the things on my list. The staff was helpful and welcoming and the store has lots of fun things (plants! Legos! Toys! Icee machines!) that you may not expect in a hardware store.

We went in looking for a tool to wind a watch and spent a good 30 min and couldn’t find anything until the lovely Virginia walked up to us and turned us to the right isle. She was helpful , friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and worth stopping to leave a review for. People like her are why I keep coming back to Ace.

I was very unhappy to hear how my mom and wife were treated by the service department at ace hardware. I payed almost 300$ for them to fix my snow blower. I asked my mom to pick it up for me because she was in town. She asked them to show her how it worked because we just payed 300$ to get it fixed and it never worked in the first place. When she asked for help she was laughed at and made fun of. She was not helped. She left the store not knowing hot to operate the snow blower and neither do I. If they were friendly sales associates they could've sold us gas, oil, and a cover that we needed as well. I was contacted by the GM the next day. He was very helpful in setting everything straight

This store is always very helpful as soon as you walk in the door. I go there for all my stihl chainsaw needs and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Carl and Byron really get the job done and are extremely knowledgeable. I believe the others name was Brian, he also knows his stuff. Outstanding staff!
