I want to recognize 'Bill' at Turner Ace Hardware at Atlantic Blvd & Hodges location for going above and beyond to help me. Even though my issue involved a product that Ace ended up not selling, Bill took the time to assist me and quickly found a solution that saved me both time and money. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Bill, for your exceptional help and dedication to your customers! I also have found that over the years this particular location always seems to have an extremely helpful staff!

To who it may concern I was at ace on Atlantic Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida you all have a very good Customer service worker Elizabeth she went out way to help me over and Beyond you all do not have enough stars for her. I will give her 20 stars she just that good and caring. We need more people like her in this world. I am so excited and thankful that she waited on me even I was unable to get what I came to purchased, but I left with a good and warm heart, on how hard she tried to help me get the product that I need. Ace management you just don’t know It’s good people like her We need to keep around. Ace Manager i’ve been going in stores all day, looking for products for my grass, but I never got the help that I needed from all the stores from Home Depot to Lowe’s to all the other stores. I came in looking for milkweed and ran into Lauren & Cliff and I cannot put into words the enthusiasm and care they showed me !! They answered all my questions, pushed my cart around as I loaded up on more and more plants and they showed me new varieties of things I'd never seen before!! It was a lovely experience and I will chose this ace over other nurseries I've been around town just to see them again!

They provided me with the absolute best customer service from the cashier to the owner. I loved the decor & deals they had for the holidays and my potato chips were amazing!!! Thank you all and God bless!!

We love this Ace! We drive from Fleming Island to shop here. They have a large variety of things throughout the store although we are more partial to the garden area! Great store and employees!
