The man Paco that works there stole money from my father whom is about to be 80 with bad memory, said he sent a plumber to work on our building and took advantage of my father charged him 200 dollars and said the man I sent was his employee, this man is a fraud and should be ashamed of taking advantage of an older man!! I please do not support someone that is this type of person, it’s disgusting!!!

Paco and Joseph who work there most of the days are always helpful and repair odd things which I as out of the ordinary. Best customer service!!

The man at the front desk was very helpful! I came in to get a bunch of items for a kitchen and bathroom sink replacement. He knew exactly what my handy man was talking about. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help out and find everything I needed. This is not easily found at the big home improvement stores. Came back home and all the PVC and plumbing supplies fit perfectly. Thank you for your patience and expertise! Very good business! Forgot to mention: I was looking for all of this during Thanksgiving day!

This hardware store is a neighborhood jewel! It is run by people who know how to make repairs. They are happy to answer questions, give sound advice and often times will fix things for you without asking for compensation for their considerable skills. Every neighborhood would be enriched by such a place. It is an anchor of the community.
