High quality, straightforward, and filled with helpful people. I walked in 5 minutes before closing time today, but I figured I'd get away with it because I was just looking for two specific items. That said, those items were niche, so it might have taken some time to locate them on my own. In spite of that, Andrea was able to locate both niche products near-instantly after a single sentence of description from me - making sure I was in and out of the store in record time! I'm very satisfied with this place, and I will certainly be coming here again.

Amazing new Ace hardware store right in Logan Square - come on in and enjoy the big new store with lots of friendly faces and plenty of parking, plus they have a full Benjamin Moore contractor paint store inside too. It’s huge and they have everything you need for the big snow and frigid weather that’s coming!

Called this Ace Hardware location cause I work down the street and needed lock de-icer or a torch device. Jacob answered the phone in a courteous and welcoming manner, attentively listened to my needs and checked on a few products I asked about. While they were out of lock de-icer, Jacob showed me a few other options that would accomplish the same task. And within mins I was walking out with a new mini propane torch kit. Didn't try to oversell me and tailored his service to the situation. Total time from initial call to checking out in store had to be less than 5-7 mins tops. A+++++ service, with a smile and I was thanked for my business (a rarity nowadays). Will definitely come back for any home improvement needs. Thanks again!

Newly built complex. Staff is very nice and the store is very organized. Gardening soil in a great variety available. Grilling and seating also available. Plenty of parking.
