This past weekend I had 2 occasions to visit the Lakeview Ace Hardware store. The first was most pleasant and I found the store associates to be extremely helpful. The second visit was the exact opposite. The associate that helped me did not know where product was kept in the store, then when we found it could not discuss the products use. Much depends on who helps you.

Lakeview Ace Hardware is a fantastic local hardware store that always delivers. Every time I walk in the staff greet me with a smile and are genuinely ready to help. They took the time to listen to what I was trying to fix and offered solid recommendations that actually worked. The store is clean, well organized, and stocked with a great variety of tools, paint, and home repair supplies. I never have to wander around looking for what I need, and I always walk out feeling confident about my purchase. Prices are fair, and the customer service feels personal and friendly. Whether you’re working on a big DIY project or just need something small for home repairs, Lakeview Ace Hardware is the place to go. I will definitely be coming back!

Replace my leaking washing machine shut off valves for weekend project and needed two adapters pipe to hose. Picked it up and didn’t check second bagged part . Was wrong one .store was closed in half hour .Monday morning told employee my problem ( didn’t get his name) picked correct part out and checked it on my threaded pipe . In and out in two minutes. Worth the cost versus large home center where employees have no knowledge of various threads and would have spent more time looking for part
