Cashier Jill and the guy who helped with our number stickers were excellent. The lady that put one bag of potting soil in my trunk had an attitude and slammed the bag of potting soil in my trunk. She needs to learn how to be friendly with the customers. She was very rude. I am a regular at Ace Hardware. I was very displeased about the situation.

They had a sign in their front lobby that fell on me as I walked through the door. It bruised my leg and hurt like hell. If you have small children be mindful when entering this crappy store. They also don’t care, so don’t expect them to do anything about it if you do get hurt.

Yesterday my team was short some bolts while installing a show in Indianapolis. I work for a Live Events company this mistake had completely halted an expensive and important build at the worst possible time of day. I called this ACE Hardware - they had the bolts - and because they were about to close the manager of the store so generously agreed to DELIVER them to my guys on site. They absolutely went above and beyond the typical call of duty, not knowing who I am or if it was worth their time. This would’ve been a many thousands of dollars mistake had Gene from this Ace Hardware not saved our butts! Thank you Gene! Thank you ACE!

Shcara helped me find the right bolt I needed for my super duty truck. For 1 thing, Ace has such a big selection of bolts that autozone AND a Ford dealership parts guy told me to call them for the bolt I was needing...and the other thing is Shcara., she is quite knowledgeable and friendly. Call her at Ace! She can help for sure
