Nice clean hardware store. Above the rim. Found what I was looking for. Using the app to make sure the item was stocked in store helps. Plenty of parking ADA accessible in front and side of store.

Employees do not engage with customers. Employees are not knowledgeable about their systems. Product selection is not good. The Greenwood Ace is the opposite - friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, knows their stuff and the inventory selection is adequate. Goes the extra mile like you'd expect at ACE. Will be driving the extra distance if/when I need something from ACE.

Yash is one of the best workers here, he’s a very hard working individual he helps a lot and always has a smile on his face when ever I come in to buy items

Children are running this store. As such I am rating based on that premise, 3 stars, because at least the nepo hire who messed up one of my orders was contrite when I had to make a 2nd trip. Not sure I could have handled those interactions otherwise. Keep being polite, one day you'll know the names of things you're selling.
