I stopped in to make a copy of a house key. The staff was super friendly and helped me with the key right away. The whole store looked very organized and clean and I was in and out in no time.

Was is indy and needed to buy a chain saw gas powered. Called this location while at a competitive store ask Greg a price on a 14 to 16 inch gas powered chainsaw and was told from $150. To over 1 thousand dollars. The 150$ chainsaw was 70$ cheaper than the price were i was at so I said I am on my was to buy the 150$ gas powered chainsaw. But when I got there the $150. Chainsaw it electric not gas . I feel like the did a bait and switch on the chainsaw because a gas powered chainsaw was 219.99 . Then after receiving a discount on total bill not chainsaw I had to take it back and after Greg fixed he would not tell me what was wrong with it and would not even wait on me as a customer

This is a very nice store with really helpful people working there. It's well organized and doesn't seem very busy the times I have shopped here. It's a perfect addition to the neighborhood at this location. I can find what I need quickly without having to wander around a big box store.

Purchased 4 burner Blackstone Griddle $$$ on June 20th and Ace was supposed to deliver the griddle fully assembled on the 24th. Was delivered but still in the box. Great Lakes Ace Hardware on Allisonville Rd Indianapolis picked it up and delivered fully assembled on the 26th. Driver pulled in backwards to unload the griddle. When he left he forgot to raise the lift up and scratched and broke up my driveway concrete. I have made many attempts to contact store manager and as of July 11th has yet to contact me. Wonderful customer service!
