Well don't belive the price tag you see on the products in the store. Went to by something had a price tag on it and then said it wasn't their price tag. Asked if they would honor the price. Richard Just walked off and ignored me. Thanks Richard! I will just go down to way lower prices at Menards.

I looked all over for boric acid. Didn't see anyone working. Finally I seen a lady, I asked, she yells over to a man. He then spews isle 37 blah blah blah. Then we looked all over for it while he walked around and did nothing to help. So we left. Without the boric acid and wood glue. That's the worst help ever at ace!

I ordered a tool online that was $247. I did curbside pick up because I have two children under the age of two so it is hard for me to go in and out while carrying two babies. When the man brought me the tool, I was putting it in and realized that there was no battery. So I grabbed my two girls and the STIHL FSA 60 R 13.8 in. Battery Trimmer Tool and headed inside. When I got to the counter, they had no problem returning it. However, I realized that the price difference was about $50. I then expressed it to them the difference. They said they would have to call the manager over to change it. The manager JULIUS came and right away was very rude. He did nothing to try to help. He said that the price was set and that I bought it online from the manufacturer and that he wasn’t going to lose his job and change the price difference. I told him that I bought it directly from ace website. Not the manufacturer. And it was just 15 minutes ago. I told him that my car was still parked in the curbside pick up and that I came directly in once I realized that the battery was not there. He told me that I was not listening to what he was saying. So then, I told him that I would like to speak to someone else because he was completely unprofessional. He walked away mad, and then a woman appeared, SAMANTHA , and she helped me willingly and did not get upset in any way shape or form, she automatically knew what to do and canceled it online. Giving back my full return. Then I proceeded to buy the more expensive tool from there because that is what I wanted. I didn’t want just a tooI. I just wanted what I paid for for the original tool so I could buy a more expensive package. The man then proceeded to the front of the store and told the other manager that was helping me that she was going to have to close because he was leaving and he didn’t care what anybody said. He got on the phone and was talking to someone and then said that my ignorance caused him to leave because he was unprofessional. While he was talking to me his employees were also trying to help me and help him understand, he was rude to them and I truly felt sorry that they had a manager who talked down to his employees so easily.

Staff is very unhelpful and rude. They do not acknowledge you at any point, even at checkout. Just grab your things , scan, and look at you for you to pay , not a word spoken. They audibly laughed and talked about another customer within earshot of them, and others. 4 employees in the building and they stood around talking to each other and laughing at customers. This has been my experience every time I've come in. I will drive out of my way to not go to this location.
