The workers are incredibly nice and helpful. Went in for a wheelbarrow, they made that trip lightning fast & I appreciate the worker helping me load it into my truck!

For over two decades I have shopped the local businesses in College Hill, knowing that supporting them kept them in business. Recently over the last few months, their customer service has been atrocious. Today, a cashier was not only condescending and rude and said you can only return this if you bought it here I showed her the receipt. That was her response right out of her mouth immediately for a return. The prices are inflated, but I support the local business anyway. I asked to speak with a manager hoping the cashier was just having a bad day. The management was horrible also and said we have a 30-day return policy. I don't mind the policy, I understand that. In a world, where customer service standards have dropped to the point that it's almost unfathomable how poor it is. I will no longer pay inflated prices, just to get substandard customer service. Wake up, Westlake Ace. You have lost one customer for a very long time possibly forever. What does it take for you to realize you're slipping. Yes I was cordial and polite and said thank you. Manners are free. But I won't be back.
