This is the best ACE Hardware store. Every time I come in, the employees are readily available and always willing to help. I recently had an issue with an online order and Santiago made sure I got what I ordered. The manager and employees here need to teach other retailers how to engage with customers. They all should be recognized for the awesome job they do. Thank you!

Went into this store for the first time since they’ve opened to look for work gloves with my boyfriend. Went looking for a utility knife next and was approached by a worker who asked if we needed any help and politely told them we were ok. A few minutes later we were approached by another employee named Rodney who immediately accused my boyfriend of stealing very loudly in the middle of the store. My boyfriend emptied his pockets in front if him, showing him that nothing had been stolen. Never in my life have i ever had this happen. This was extremely disappointing and unproffessional. I will NEVER be shopping here and i urge nobody else to either unless you want to be accused of theft without proof or warrant.

My partner and I were accused of shoplifting by an employee named Rodney. He was rude for the entire confrontation and could not specify the product he accused us taking. I do not recommend this location due to its unprofessional employees.

Great store front and even better staff! Nathalie helped me find exactly what I needed. She knew exactly where it was and made sure that I had found what I was looking for!

Always have a great experience at this store. Super helpful people like Will always show us exactly what aisle the things we need are in and always with a smile 😊
