This Westlake Ace Hardware has a great garden center in spring at reasonable prices. There are super friendly and helpful. My husband loves that they’ll cut old wavy type glass, which is important to him for his historic home renovations and repairs.

I love this location! They have virtually everything your little heart desires. Pet products, micro-tools, holiday themed items, household supplies, face masks, and loads of tools and hardware. Westlake Ace in Westport is one of neatest and well lit hardware stores that I've ever been to. I've always been able to find what I needed. The staff are always eager to help, provide great advice, and check out is drama free and expeditious!

Nice store that's nearby. I like having an alternative to Home Depot. There have been a few times I've gone in looking for something they didn't have. Once it was whetstones for knife sharpening, which is very specific so totally understandable (just wanted to check somewhere local first before going online). And the other time was a sewing kit. Someone who seemed like the manager and/or owner told me that they sometimes have it in stock and sometimes don't and recommended where else to find it which I appreciated. Staff is young and not fully invested lol but I normally like to keep to myself anyhow so I don't need experts so I don't really mind. I recently got into Dremel as a hobby so would be cool if ya'll carried that stuff. Right now my only options are Home Depot or online.

Cashier wouldn't help find the price of plants, so rude and absolutely no help.

I practically never leave without what I was needing. Friendly and helpful staff. Well lighted. And a trusted source for our Hills dog food.
