I will never shop this particular store again. Customer Service is rude & condescending. Edited to add: John has rectified my experience there this morning. He excels at Customer Service as does Channing. Unfortunately due to another individual involved, I will still not patron this particular store again. Thank you John. I was able to rectify my household emergency due to your customer service.

I love the Westlake Ace Hardware store in my community. It is just the right size, so I don't have to wander around a cold warehouse trying to find my desired items, and I am quickly seen so help is readily available.

Absolutely incredible experience at Westlake Ace Hardware! The staff was beyond friendly — they went above and beyond to help me out. Their customer service was so impressive that I literally offered to buy lunch for the whole store! That’s how amazing they were. It's rare to find a team this helpful, kind, and genuinely happy to assist. Big shoutout to everyone there — y’all are doing it right!

James at Ace Hardware is a saint! I was experiencing issues finding the right set up for a portable washer which led to a few visits at Ace Hardware. James went above and beyond to figure out a solution for my complicated problem. He was efficient, thorough, and kind!
