On one hand, this is a really good hardware store. Generally speaking, if you can't find it here, it probably doesn't exist. On the other hand, their website has fooled me on a number of occasions. It would list something I was looking for, and show the price. But when I got to the store to buy it, nobody could find it, or didn't even know what I was talking about. It's gotten to the point where I have to take in a screenshot to prove to them it's an item for sale on their site. Frustrating .

Don't bother shopping in store. Everything is locked down and you need constant help from the non existent associates. Shop online, or at a real hardware store

Had a really disappointing experience here. The cashier was upfront chatting instead of helping customers, and when I was finally asked if I needed help, they didn’t know anything about the products. When I asked further, I was told “don’t talk to me like that,” which was completely uncalled for. The staff were neither knowledgeable nor polite. You’re better off going to Home Depot or Lowe’s—at least there, you can use your phone to find what you need without relying on unhelpful service.

I try very very hard to shop locally. I really do. But when TWO small glass fuses at Westlake cost $14 plus tax and I can purchase TWENTY of them at Amazon for $5.99...well Come on Westlake, you can do better than that. Response to response: You can purchase 20 of them from Amazon for $6 and sell them for a couple of bucks each and make a killing.

This has to be one of my favorite places to shop. They not only have some of the best prices for home improvement supplied, they have friendly, helpful sales staff and are pet friendly. They are very respectful of your pet. It's always a great experience with my little rescue. She's come a long way with her socialization skills.
