I went there for the first time to get just a couple of items; 2 bales of straw for winter Cat shelters I'm constructing, and a couple of bolts with accompanying screws and washers to better secure my iron bed frame. No big dollar purchases. I interacted with 3 employees during my time there. One was a young lady in the area where I purchased the hardware, another employee was a gentleman that helped me with the straw bales. The last employee was the cashier that checked me out. I want to convey that each one of these people that helped me were very very kind, extremely above board in their help and attentiveness and we're extremely pleasant and smiling the whole time. They each seemed so down to earth, like I was talking to a good friend that I admired and trusted. I left the parking lot with a feeling that I was leaving a special place, and drove off slowly, not to leave too soon. AWESOME!!! THANK YOU!!!

The attached photo shows the guarantee on the box that clearly states that if the product fails to give complete satisfaction, they will exchange it FREE for the same product. When I attempted to do this today, roughly 9 months after I bought it (note the 2024 date on the package) Cordelia refused unless I paid an extra $5+. Not much of a "Promise" or "Guarantee" and $5 certainly isn't "Free".

Website said they had 5 of the item I needed so I drove from Independence to find out they didn't have any in stock
