Purchased a new Weedeater and had issues with it after the first use. Took it to John and he got me hooked up with another new one no problem no hassle. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great overall customer experience.

Not quite the same experience as the old school hardware stores, but as close as you're gonna get in this day & age and miles better than the big box home improvement stores. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Your product selection may be a little more limited and the prices a little higher, but I'll take the service over price every day!

I shop at our local Ace Hardware every chance we get. They have a full line of Dewalt tools what are my tools of choice. Last purchase was the jumper / aircompressor. Taught my granddaughter how to air up a low tire on her car.

This is a great new store! The employees are helpful, always ready to help you find items, help with pricing issues, or helping to load purchases. They are well stocked, and their loyalty program is great.
