This location had the two least helpful employees today when I went in to get a replacement part for my spigot. I spend a decent amount of money at this store - or I used to - I will not shop here ever again. Try hiring somebody besides grumpy old men - they aren’t exactly customer service oriented.

My dad and my brother went this ace location on Saturday and this employe named Edward with terrible customer service was rude to them. Before them, he was “helping” an Asian guy and he wasn’t very helpful or nice to him either. Ace needs to fired this guy. We are not going back to that ace location.

Big thanks to the staff who helped my husband find what he needed—super helpful and patient! We had to swap an item for a different size, and the exchange was so quick and easy. No hassle at all. Really appreciate the great service!

Our igloo cooler needed a new valve. Our online search said Ace sold them. We downloaded the Ace app, and it said this store had two in stock. We got some assistance from our "helpful hardware man", and found them on an endcap...on clearance for $5. When I downloaded the app, I got a $5 store credit. This is pretty easy math, right? I walked out the door with my new valve and $0 out of pocket. Life is good!
