I really wanted to love this Ace Hardware. The location is convenient and as a privately owned store, I genuinely want to support them over the big box chains. But the customer service is terrible enough that I can't keep doing it, and this last visit was the final straw after a long pattern of poor service. I went in to get a propane tank filled. I told the clerk what I needed and she immediately radioed someone to come help. I went back outside and waited. And waited. Twenty minutes went by and no one ever showed up. Since I had multiple tanks and didn't want to haul them in and out of the store just to flag someone down, I called the store directly. I was put on hold immediately and sat there for another five minutes before I finally gave up, hung up, and left without spending a dime. It's genuinely disappointing because I'd much rather give my money to a local shop than a big box. But I've given this store chance after chance and the service keeps letting me down. Looks like it's big box hardware for me moving forward.

I love them. I love them. I got all the garden supply I need. I love them. The flowers bloom vibrantly, their colors dancing in the sunlight. The tools are neatly arranged, ready for use, and the soil is rich and fertile. I can already envision the garden thriving, filled with life and beauty. Each plant will tell a story, a testament to the care and dedication poured into the earth. The scent of fresh herbs will mingle in the air, drawing in butterflies and bees. I can’t wait to dig my hands into the soil and nurture this little piece of paradise.

We are working on a project at home and are having the worst time color matching to our living room. We came in tonight and were helped by a younger guy and he was so so helpful. We came in around 715pm and we know they close at 8pm but he did not make us feel rushed and went above and beyond to help us find the most comparable. It has been a stressful project for us and this has been so helpful for us. I feel bad not getting his name but thank you for being so kind to us!

Was told by rude lady who was using phone during work hours that she was ok to use the phone after me and five others had to wait for her to finish up her private call. Than when I said something she was a rude ignorant woman spitting rude comments to me about she is entitled to use phone . Told management and nothing was done. Well guess I will take my business elsewhere and go further to Menards instead of ace. Way to go ace hardware management

Went here to pick up some things and all the staff was very friendly and courteous. They had so much stuff I was shocked Ace even carried all the things I saw. I was even able to get a large cardboard box for my daughters play house. :)
