Mannnnn let me tell you bout this place. The staff from initial contact to the end of purchase were the most delightful and knowledgeable people. I was greeted at the front door with Joe Joe. He pointed me in the right direction. Then Gaspar took time to thoroughly explain to me the product I bought. To top it all off I was rang up by Cristina who was so kind and helpful. I can't say enough about this place!!!

I stopped into Ace to do my yearly knife sharping. This is the place to go if you have nice knives or just a favorite that needed the Midas touch to bring it back to life. They do manufacturing sharping. Only takes 90 seconds/knife & you can watch. All laser guided. Each knife is scanned & the computer laser puts a manufactured edge on. If you are used to that dull kitchen knife this is not for you or you can stock up on bandaids. They have excellent experienced customer service & all of their merchandise is top quality. I had two car key fobs that I had difficulty getting open to replace the batteries. Andrew, Joe, and Jovon went above and beyond in helping me out. After confirming the fobs were indeed unusually difficult to get open they didn't give up until they figured out how to do it. I wouldn't have accomplished this on my own so I appreciated the hard work and excellent customer service.

I bought a tap here and the clerk would not let me open the package to check the threads to a part I brought in after I bought the tap I headed to my truck and checked the threads that were wrong. When I went back I. To get the correct tap they said the box was opened and I could not return it. Where did the customer service go? It's no wonder the big hardware stores gro while Ace is swirling the drain. I won't ever shop here again.
