Employees were super helpful when I was looking for an item but that was quickly ruined by the older lady that was working in the front. I was struggling with placing an order and instead of helping she got mad and tried to rush me out saying if your going to end up ordering online then you don’t need to do that in here. My order then was cancelled later that day. Editing this review to say thank you to Robert. We received a call apologizing about the situation and he worked with us and was supper helpful we really appreciate it! 😊

Had to get some window screens replaced. We were told by another vendor that Ace does them. They were half the price of other estimates with an acceptable time for completion. Sales people were friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend.

I couldn’t remove the top of my reverse osmosis filter housing despite trying several tools. Because of arthritis in my hands and not having the right tool, I went to Ace Hardware. I chose Ace over a big-box store because help is always quick and personal. Two employees kindly tried to open it, even testing a tool in the back with out luck. They recommended the right tool to buy. After I purchased it, they went the extra mile and tried again—using the tool they recommended. This time successfully loosening the top. I’m so pleased I can now change my filter and enjoy my tap water again. Many thanks to the two gentlemen who helped and the woman cheering behind the register! Occured Friday evening 02/06/26.

Had a great experience at this Ace. I went in for some knife sharpening and the two gentlemen were very helpful. The process was very quick. I brought in three knives and I was in & out in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely visit this Ace again in the future.

Pros: All of the associate's help was above and beyond. They carry small niche products the big box stores don't. Cons: They were out of inventory on A LOT of things and the managers seem to be hovering and would pull the associate's away if they spent more than 2 minutes with a customer. Yet then spent half hour discussing golf and a bbq with someone.
