Unsafe Product and Poor Customer Support I bought the Medelco tea pot from Ace Hardware, and I was shocked when the top melted onto the glass during use. Even worse, some of the plastic fell into the water, making it unsafe to use. I contacted both Ace Hardware and Medelco hoping for a replacement or solution, but neither was willing to help. It’s disappointing to encounter a product that is not only poorly made but also comes with zero support when something goes wrong. I cannot recommend this tea pot to anyone.

2 of the employees at this store are extremely unprofessional. Flo, spoke with me on the phone and when I asked if a product was opened ( power tool battery) could I bring it back if the tool is broken. Her response was that I could, just dont bring back the used one. I do understand that people do shady things but why assume I would. When I told her that what she said wasn't really necessary, it would just upset people she was very dismissive. When I went in the store Flo acted like I was going to steal the product and wouldn't even let me help her get it down, as she was too short and could barely knock it off the slot, knocking things over. I did end up having to bring it back and when I tried to say something to flo again about the previous day she got irritated and walked away and the other employee very condescendingly told me to have a nice. Like I was a perk for explaining how it made me feel and gave her a suggestion on other ways to word the return details since apparently u guys tell every customer that. I felt very offended going into this store both times and ended up spending more money on a different battery that I did keep. Because I do not plan on shopping at this Ace again. And I included a Pic so you can see i did buy another battery, because they acted like I just bought it used it and brought it back to try and cover her " dont bring the used one back comment". Employees should be more understanding, professional, and not judgemental to people.

This is truly a friendly helpful Ace Hardware! I went in there seeking some tiny screws for my dog's AirTag collar. The lady there worked diligently in finding two screws and we installed them! She was the best!

Not sure why it wasn't busier!? I found exactly what I was looking for and even Amazon didn't have it. AJ, who I spoke with on the phone, confirmed what 5 other Ace Hardwares didn't have but they did. I went to the store,w other clerks helped me locate the product, whichbws cool because I had never been there, went to pay,my card didn't work and the guy working didn't give me hassle just tried it again and Bingo out the.door I went. All the way across town and I would make the drive again So other retailers should go see how this stores ran ,and take notes. Thank you!

I had 4 people helping me without asking, this place is amazing. Everything i needed, keys for a motor home, some tools and some soil the AI told me I need because my lemon tree looks sad. Recommend over home depot or Lowe's
