I was merely thinking about a repair shop that is close, but wuick convenience can cause problems later so I don't know exactly what it was, maybe the native south Austinite within, or Something led me to choose this place to call up and it was a great conversation, especially for an anxious potential customer trying to figure out what's wrong with my car and how much is it going to cost, well this place' work and representatives soesk for themselves and I couldn't be happier having them fix this Toyota I have and the man I spoke to, I believe his name is Jimmy, gave a great repaxed "I know what I'm doing" reausrring vibe while also giving me the option and not pressuring me at all which is great and I'm extremely satisfied and grateful and glad to support businesses that have been around as long as this olace has and I will be calling them back one day when I need help with problematic or maintaining my vehicles.

I visited this place today and came away with 2- very confusing and polar opposite experiences. My first good experience was on the phone and again upon arriving at the location when speaking with the same sweet and lovely young woman about a product I was looking for. My second experience was with a brusk, older, plaid shirt wearing, crumudgeon, male, who was sitting near the young woman. It is difficult to comprehend these 2 people work in the same business. As it turned out, he and I did not do business! But the young woman gets 2- shiny gold stars for talking with me, and another dozen shiny gold stars having to put up with you-know-who. I will look elsewhere in future when I need construction materials and tools.

These Cowboys over here are idiots. First they say you can't find their stock anywhere else then when you do they want a 15% restocking fee. I bought a smart level there for 200 bucks. They claimed they didn't have the case that went with it. I went to Home Depot found the same thing for less and it came with a case. Went back and they charged me 23 dollars for possessing the level for one hour! Never opened it , used it , nothing. Ass bags over there going out of business by the looks of it
