Granted I ordered online but when I got there I was helped immediately and in a professional and polite way. It also didn't hurt that they were playing the Cure over the PA system. All in all I give the experience a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this particular Ace hardware.

Terrible Customer Service – Still Waiting on Refund for Hacked Purchase! If I could give zero stars, I would. My account was hacked, and someone made a purchase for over $600. Luckily, I caught it before the item was even delivered, and it’s been sitting in their warehouse for over a month now! Despite catching the issue early, I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop with customer service. It seems like no one knows what they’re doing – every time I reach out, I get the same vague responses with no real solution. All I want is to get my money back, but instead, they keep giving me the runaround. How can it take over a month to process a refund for an order that was never even delivered? This has been a nightmare, and I can’t believe how unhelpful their support team has been. I expected so much better, especially when it comes to handling fraud. Extremely disappointed!
