The customer service was excellent. Andrew framed my screens and was incredibly patient, even when I didn’t always have the measurements correct. He took the time to make adjustments as needed and remained courteous, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel like I was inconveniencing him or getting on his nerves. Ace may be a little more expensive than Home Depot or Lowe’s, but the convenience and outstanding customer service make it well worth the extra cost. I’ll gladly pay a little more for that level of care and attention.

Ace Hardware is such an underrated store. They have so many items you can't find in other stores. Speacikty bolts and tools, snacks and drink, lawn care and plants.. so much more. To top it all off every ace hardware had such a helpful crew. This location is very friendly and very helpful. If you're not sure if they have what you're looking for, ask. They are very knowledgeable in their inventory and will offer solutions if they don't have what you need. I've always gotten better information from the Ace Crew than any other hardware store. Keep up the good work!

I had a great experience with Andrew at Ace. He was incredibly helpful while I was building my window screens and took the time to walk me through the process. I kept getting my measurements wrong, but Andrew remained patient, kind, and professional the entire time. He made sure I understood what I needed and never made me feel rushed or frustrated. His excellent customer service and willingness to help made the project much easier than I expected. Thanks, Andrew, for going above and beyond!

Ace Hardware was pretty cool. They had some good stuff that we needed and we was able to get some stuff for our house at a pretty good price but you definitely have to have a good budget if you’re trying to get something for your projects because Ace is almost like Lowe’s. They’re pretty expensive but they do have everything that you will possibly need for whatever project you’re working on.
