Ace Hardware Dallas

Every time I've tried to buy something from any Ace Hardware store this year the website says it's in stock at some locations but when I go to them it's never there. The employee was very polite, and I know it's not their fault, but it's pretty frustrating. I won't try Ace again.

Tbh it’s not the same since it changed hands. It was definitely better under Stone’s. It had that small-town hardware store feel, and now it doesn’t seem as friendly when I walk in. Still beats Home Depot or Lowe’s, but it’s definitely stepped down in customer service.

This store and specifically Haley Banfield always go out of their way to provide great and I mean extraordinary customer service. Haley always has a warm smile when she greets me. She is the absolute best!.
