I needed some hardware that was missing from a project I received. After narrowing down what I needed, I tried to use the app and website to search, but nothing came up that matched, though I was certain that the store had what I needed in stock. A short drive later, I was trying to find what I needed, and came up short, but only in quantity. An employee came by and offered help, and I told them what I needed. They were right to a different bin, and counted out the exact quantity that I needed. They then gave me the price for that item and one other similar item. When I mentioned that the app and website didn't help, they told me that some of the items wouldn't come UP on the website or in the app, but that I could call anytime to have someone check the stock for me. I wrote the info on the handy plastic bag and went to check out. The employee at the checkout counter was polite, friendly, and professional. They asked for my phone number to access my rewards account. When I walked out, I had exactly what I needed, and for a very reasonable price. This is now my go-to store for all but major hardware needs. I highly recommend Ace Hardware, and especially this location. It kind of felt like I was dealing with family.

randomly wanted some pokemon cards (havent bought any in 10 years) so i came here to gamble. i bought 3 packs and on my last one i pulled mega greninja ex card worth $350+ from chaos rising. best $25 i ever spent thank you

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had! I went in and immediately the entire front staff was trying to help my out with a replacement water line part my family needed. Soecial thanks to Francisco for being extra attentive, and really put forth the effort to help me. This place was great!

There seems to be a big problem with the old, bearded man behind the counter. This was our situation today. My son asked where a certain item was. The employee that told him where it was didn't have a problem with the bag he was carrying. This old man did, and proceeded to kick him out of the store. I know you have targeted others in the past. If you do not allow big purses, backpacks or computer bags in your store than post it, not everyone who visits the store is out to rob you. Stop profiling. This old man needs a course in customer service and if you are any part of management, shame on you!

Not sure what is going on but what used to be an excellent option to the big box retailers is no longer. My last 4 visits have found out of stock situations on a number of items. Also a steep decline in employee knowledge. Just spent an hour showing one where “set screws” were and how to measure them. Was told it is under new ownership out of Houston with limited time in store. I can’t afford to waste a trip for standard items. I suggest you call ( if the phone gets answered) to be sure they have what you need and if they know where it is
