Walked in needing help. The store is empty , staff just standing around laughing and on their phones. Finally someone helped me find the cups I was looking for, then ran off and I still searched for the lids and couldn’t find them. I went to the counter with another cup I didn’t want. I let her know she said sorry and didn’t help. I got frustrated and said I’m just going elsewhere. I went next door to mission. The greeted me at the door and helped me find exactly what I needed right away. Staff isn’t as caring as I remember

Every time I come to this location the store is really clean, neat, and organized 🤩👏🏼 the staff is always really friendly and helpful and I’m in and out quickly 😄 I love walking around just getting ideas for my business in here and checking out all the cool tools to make things more efficient.

Whoever answers the phone they need to let that person go, they were very rude and hung up the phone in my face and didn’t let me finish my sentence. Great store though. The people need to get it together and say thank you have a great day! You know, have good Customer Service!

Went in for snocone flavors syrup. There was a good variety. 👍

They everything you need if you own a restaurant. It is really a great place to find those items you need for a professional kitchen.
