I visited the store to pick up supplies and get clarification on instructions for installing a garbage disposal. David, the master plumber that day, provided excellent customer service. We went over the diagram on the instruction sheet. In the end, I was able to get the job done! Thank you, David and Johnnie Chouke's Team!

Needed some “hardware” while my honey got a massage around the corner. My first trip in, and it transported me back to my hometown in Lindsey Ohio and Naus Brother’s Hardware. I found a solution to everything I was looking for. The store was bright, immaculately clean, was supporting local businesses in “open space” of center aisle, and the staff were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They responded like that cared, unlike many of the big box home improvement stores. Absolutely delighted with all aspects of my stop. I’ll be back and recommend y’all stop by, even if you don’t need anything.

May 2026 Back again, and while big name home repair chains did not have the AC filter I needed, this ACE store did. I picked up two 25x25x1 filters. Very thankful for the items they stock ! April 2026 Oh no, here we go again. Needed some 8" lawn mower wheel for my 1995 MTD 21" Briggs & Stratton lawn mower. The original wheels are finally starting to deteriorate. I called, and spoke to Jesus and he advised they had 2 in stock and could order the other two wheels. I drove over picked up the 2 wheels and paid for the special order on the other 2 wheels. While at the store I also picked up a air filter for the same mower. All-in-all, good store, great customer service and locally owned. I hope your experience is the same. March 2026 Back at Johnny Chuokes looking for some plumbing parts to fix a Moen shower leak. I found the Moen 1222 single handle cartridge, and the associated Moen cartridge puller, and at a price cheaper that some of the larger home improvement stores. Staff was super nice, and customer service-oriented. Feb 2024 I stopped in Johnny Chuokes because the major suppliers for home repair in the area traditionaly do not carry something that is still functional in an older house. In this case, I have a friend whose ceiling fan needed a 4 wire 3 speed fan switch replaced. When I entered the store, I was helped by personnel in the store. I asked where I could find the ceiling fan parts and was directed to an aisle. When I could when I couldn't find what I was looking for, because it looked out of stock, they were very helpful in looking up. They saw the item was out of stock and advised that it was on reorder and would be back in stock by Tuesday afternoon. I can't say enough about the store personnel, the people, and how they help their customers out in a personal, professional, and courteous manner. I frequent this store occasionally and encourage you to visit not only whenever you have a difficult item that you need to find but an everyday item. They always seem to have it. I hope your experiences are as good as mine when you visit the store.

I recently moved near this store and have been going in for all of the little things you need when getting a house set up after a move. Staff is helpful and I love the convenience. Recently I had to hang a light fixture and I had lost some mounting hardware in the move- the staff helped me figure out the exact pieces I needed and saved me $$$. Love this place. And, they carry Benjamin Moore paint! Love.
