I've been coming to this store at least 20 years now. Every time you walk in these people look at you like you are some kind of problem. They don't meet friendliness with friendliness, and the general manager of this store enables that. I hate the feeling of having to screw on my armor to walk into this place. When it goes out of business, they're going to cry about being beaten down by online, but the reality is the owners are not taking accountability for the stink eye bad attitude of nearly every single employee in the place.

I have spent thousands of dollars at Ace in Magnolia and went to the store today to ask about any warranty Ace had on a product I had bought. The woman behind the counter, older blonde hair thin woman was rude, condescending and acted like she was superior to us and did not even answer the question If she is the manager, she should be fired and the owner Rob Wilson should already know many customer now go to Ace on Queen Anne Hill..the 2420 32nd West, Magnolia location is the worst in how they treat customers. FIRE the blond hair older woman behind the counter and your business will improve. We and now our neighbors that also have the same complaints will not use your store

Least friendly Ace I have been too. Before you even walk in you are greeted with signs complaining about kids coming into the store. Then they have signs at the front register complaining about kids and candy purchases. I am not a fan of kids either and agree with their statements even, but it's poor customer service ethics and unwelcoming with their written signs complaining about them. The guy in front couldn't pay with a $100 dollar bill when he was purchasing over at least $50 worth of items. The cashier with the green dinosaur kids beanie was just overall rude and inconsiderate with a condescending attitude towards customers. Needed a filter and the website said they had it in stock. Got to the store within minutes of looking up the item online. They didn't have the item. Had to go to a different store to purchase. Filter didn't fit so I tried to return it at this location and the dino beanie guy wouldn't let me return it stating "they are a franchise and can't take other stores returns " just overall not an inviting atmosphere from this guy and won't be returning to this location. Other Aces will return from other stores, guess this store just really hates accommodations towards their patrons. Would be nice if they had return policy ino on the reciept but guess you have to go in and get denied to find out! You can see from all the reviews at this location they are pretty rude and not looking for your business.

Fine place to go if you don’t have any questions and know exactly what you want and don’t care about customer service. They also stop making paint 15 minutes prior to closing, no exceptions. Not even if you get there at 5:46!

A decent store I mean it’s ace so that’s something but the dumbest thing in the world is the will not accept a $100 bill!?!?!? Last time I checked that’s illegal. American US LEGAL tender is to be accepted by every business. They said they received A counterfeit bill and the bank said not to accept them anymore?!?!? So stupid guess what contractors all over this country get paid in cash usually 100 dollar bills. You lost a hundred bucks on ONE counterfeit bill but now you have lost ALL the business from me and every single buddy of mine I tell . Real smart ace
