Waited over an hour for 5 gallons of paint and a few color samples. Hunter was friendly and I could tell was doing her best so I waited patiently. Before checking out I asked the manager can I have a credit for the inconvenience. She gave me 10% off only on the samples which was $1.10 Very poor customer service from that manner she gas a disgruntled attitude so I ended up using my own coupons. They also only have one base available for the magnolia colors. 1/5 stars

I love Ace hardware stores and this one is the cream of the crop. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Today, Lando was over the top helpful and friendly. He gets customer service. If you have questions about a product or project they are likely gonna have the answer. They also have a huge selection of products and, of course, the chickies are adorable. Can’t recommend this store enough.

I've been to this Ace many times and they have been very helpful and gracious but after this last visit, I may need to revisit my thoughts on this store. I arrived at 5:58 because an item I bought was defective and missing two screws. I knew where to go to just buy a replacement and return the one I had the next day. 2 staff members told me it was too late and as I pleaded, one left his shift telling me the registers were shut off. Being from the service industry, I know registers dont close until the operator closes it down. I was left infuriated and won't have a closed or secure front door for the night. Thanks Ace.

Came here for glue for our d and d minis. Ended up walking around for 30 minutes looking at everything they have to offer. I recommend for all hobbyists.

I'm changing my review for today's experience. I was ignored the whole time, they say that Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks?? Could of fooled me today! Everywhere in that store I went today, I was snubbed by the personnel, this location is usually good about costumer service, not today, and if it continues, they'll be losing a good, loyal customer! All I have to say, so a zero-star rating if I could!
