Bree greeted me right when I walked in the door and helped me locate everything I needed. They didn’t have one of the things I wanted, but Bree stuck with me and kept trying to find a solution. She didn’t give up until I decided they didn’t have what I was looking for. 5 star customer service! This store is locally owned, please support our local Tucson businesses. Always try Ace Hardware first! Home Depot and Walmart are corporations, and that money leaves our community as soon as you spend it with them. Go local! Especially since they have such great service.

Had a flat tire and no place to put air in it after buying everything needed to fix it from ace. They have a working air compressor asked them if they would be able to help me fill up tire. They said no. It's against company policy. Okay if you don't know how to work a air compressor and you do not allow your employees to work it why do you have one. So stayed stuck in the parking lot of ace after spending money for not only tools but the stuff needed to fix tire .. over $100 because they could not help me with putting a lil air. What the heck is wrong with this world. I will never spend another dime in this store. I come here and spend my money that I work hard for in a business that won't even give me a lil air to make it to a place that has air. Extremely disappointed 😞

I love this store. The staff are nice, very helpful, and go above and beyond to help customers. I am glad I stopped in for a quick part, but was very impressed with the staff and store. I definitely will come back again. Big thanks to Russ for helping me and introducing me to the ACE Reward program.

Awesome Ace! The employees are very helpful. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything? I said yes, started listing, and they led me around the store getting the items for me. I also had keys made and they worked fine. Nice selection. My shopping trip there was super quick and easy! Thanks Ace!!

It's a well stocked store. Knowledgeable staffers and good prices. One of the best kept secrets in this part of town. Good parking too. But it can get busy!
