I wanted to share my positive experience at this location. Tom is a gentleman who went above and beyond in helping me with an issue I had with screws that were stuck in place on my vehicle’s adjustable roof rails. Tom took the time to find the correct bit, come outside to my vehicle with a step stool and verify the size of each screw. He did his best to remove them for me, but it turns out I will need a right angle wrench type tool to get them loose. I thought I was going to have to drill the screws out because I assumed they were stripped, but Tom verified the bit size and sent me off with exactly the information I needed. I recently lost my father, and Tom reminds me of him. It is very difficult to find professionals with the level of experience and wisdom that Tom has, let alone find someone who understands customer service and what it means to be proactive in helping the customer. Thank you, Tom. You brightened my day.

CARY AT THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST!!! 5/5 stars and made our experience quick and easy. Also they were super friendly here. We drove around for hours looking for a dang potato ricer. Cary put it on hold for us. THANK YOU CARY IF YOU SEE THIS

I want to applaud and thank Ace Hardware at Bear Canyon for outstanding customer service. I had a broken hinge on a mirrored door of a medicine cabinet. 2 workers, including the store manager, worked on the cabinet for half an hour. When they were done they presented me with a bill for 11 cents!

Got a 5 dollar off of a purchase of 5 dollars or more. They helped me find the paint thinner I needed to get off my door knobs. It didn’t work on the screen door though.

I was shopping at this store today and as I was walking to the register the woman who was working started accusing me of shoplifting! And immediately GRABBED ME, THEN GRABBED MY PURSE, and reached her hands INTO MY PURSE!! And started feeling around and pulling stuff out of it! I can't believe this woman put her hands on me and went into my purse! And wouldn't even let me pay for my stuff! I spend at LEAST $50-$60 every time I come in to this store, which is pretty often so I'm not sure why she even thought I was stealing.. Short woman, dark hair.. BEWARE.
