Goodness was I excited for an ACE to open close by. I am an ace rewards member. Tried to use my 5 dollars off coupon, no one could figure out why it wasn't applying. Two different cashiers said oh it's because our taxes are so high that it doesn't look like it takes it off. Two others couldn't figure it out, 10 minutes later a manager comes up and tries and then has the audacity to say oh it's the taxes. IT WAS NOT THE TAXES! Final a district guy comes up and because the spray paint was buy two get a dollar off it wasn't applying. They looked at me and said so sorry nothing I can do. I said charge me full price for the spray can. Nope. I said see ya. Amazing customer service Ace. 1st and last tim in this store. I'll drive to cortaro

The clerks are very nice. The store is awesome. But I always bought ace brand spray paint. The fan spray gave very good coverage. They changed everything. The paint spray put more pain't into the air and not on the item. It has lousy coverage. I will not be buying their brand paint anymore.

Go to for quick parts and if you need or have questions about something there knowledgeable staff. Plus 10% off.If you buy one of their shirts and where it in every time you get parts or just don't ever take it off!! and then you won't have to remember! And once in a while , they'll accuse you of stealing , but it's okay , cause it's not true , they're just dedicated to their jobs , I think !!!

I stopped by Mark's Ace Hardware today hoping to speak with someone there who could assist me with deciding whether or not I should go ahead with having a new hot water heater tank installed at my home. I spoke with the store manager, Ron Hearn. He took the time out of his busy day to talk with me for about 10-15 minutes after which I felt more confidant in making my decision. Ron was very helpful to me..thank you, Ron!

This place is my go-to for everything I need to fix this old house. It's close by and always has the selection and staff that can help me get these old parts brought up to current standards. They are so knowledgeable and helpful from the moment I walk in - till I leave they offer popcorn and smiles, listen carefully and support my wild project ideas. They are so kind and I enjoy the funny conversations I have with them. Thanks for all the coupons! I've never once left there empty handed. Even when I cannot find the exact thing, there's always a backup option that works well. I find these people to be the biggest help to get my projects done
