I was having an issue finding the correct part for my Jeep and previously went at it alone and could not find it. However, with the help of Alex's expertise we were able to find the correct part. Super thankful for his help!

Had a good customer service experience. Bought my daughter a doll shopping cart for Christmas but it came with a missing wheel. I took it in and had help replacing the screw. Thanks to the person who helped me out. I think his name was Jerry but can't be sure.

Every single time I have gone into this particular Ace hardware I am immediately greeted and at least two employees are available to help. I live out of state, and this is my favorite Ace anywhere.

No less than three different people offered to help us during our 20min trip. Not only got 5 keys made, we found a hard to find bolt and some much needed accessory items. Thanks!
