If you need a widget Mark probably has it. They have one of the largest selections of nuts and bolts and things in Tucson short of Graingers. I love this place!

They were about to close and they let me in. My car key fob battery died and needed a new one. The staff was considerate , great customer service and helpful. They replaced my key fob battery. Thank you for helping me.

As a woman I know all too well what it's like to walk around Home Depot looking for something and getting no assistance - ever. As soon as I walked into this Ace, I was greeted and a man offered assistance. Granted, Ace isn't going to have all the stuff of a Home Depot or Lowes, but I was acknowledged and helped.

I hate Marks Ace Hardware anymore. I used to be a good customer of their's, not any longer. Their slogan of "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man" was a joke with several of his employees. Mark himself wasn't very helpful either. They're national customer service is even worse, don't expect to get a call back or any follow-up with them. I think they're national customer service center is the worst I've ever dealt with. Two of Marks stores screwed me over big time, and Mark offered me $40 for about 6 hours of my time, plus having a wrong price tag on a product. Sorry Mark I'd rather have nothing from you than your cheap $40.00 offer, plus you basically lost my business forever. You should have at least honored your screwed up price tag, but I guess you would have cost you much money ( maybe 100 bucks). I hope the loss of my business was worth your insulting $40 buck offer that I refused, and of course you never followed up with me after my last text. If any of you other customers ever need to speak to Mark, he'll probably be on vacation, so expect to wait awhile, and don't expect much help from him regardless, so you probably shouldn't even waste your time. It will just cost you in the long run, time is valuable, at least to me. Ace Hardware also has a slogan "helpful is our business caring Is our commitment". Thats all BS as well. Trust me I know.
