Changing my rating. Still knowledgeable staff but they got bought out by "Paul's Ace hardware" and now they cant even stock simple 2x4s? According to the manager they've been ordered for weeks and Paul's won't send them lol. Guess I'll go to home depot where the prices are better and everything is in stock. I love Ace hardware, very friendly knowledgeable staff. Prices a little higher than home depot but way better service. Especially if you have questions and want actual help.

We love this Ace! We always receive friendly and professional service when we shop here. It is so much more convenient than shopping at big box hardware stores. I highly recommend this store!

Having recently become a homeowner in Tucson this store has become my go to place for picking up various items I might need for repair and maintenance or other needs for the house. I always find the employees very helpful and friendly and more often than not I can find everything I am needing at this location without. having to go to multiple stores which I always appreciate. I have visited other Ace stores in the area and no complaints with any of them of course but this one is conveniently located for me and just has a positive feeling about it.

Steve was very helpful in helping me find the hardware I needed and even gave me a good price on buying bulk. Update from Sept 2022... Great Ace! The employees are very helpful. I had keys made, and they worked fine. Nice selection. Update from 12-10-22... Jerry was super helpful and took my daughter and I around to find everything on our list and even made the key copies we needed. Again, a super Ace with great employees! Update from 2-28-24 This Ace is so easy to get in, get what you need, and get back out!

Ace Hardware is my GO TO Store. I've stopped using H.Depot & Lowe's....because Ace is SOOO Helpful. Been a Loyal Ace customer over 50 years😃
