A+ customer service, the gentleman there go the extra mile in finding what you need and at best price possible. I needed screws to fix my easel and went down from $15.00 to $2.32!

Nice staff but went to get a key cut and the key cut for me didn't work when I checked it at home. Key looked the same minus the numbers on the side, they didn't match so the thicknesses were different in different areas. I would have assumed when cutting the key staff would have checked that, just a heads up to anyone going there for the same.

I purchased a $8.00 plunger on Nov 30, 2025. Turned out we didn't use it. Tried to return it on Dec. 1, 2025. Receipt clearly states 30 day return with receipt. I was told I didn't read a hand written sign on shelf above the plungers, no returns. I was refused the return. Who stops to read all the signs on shelves. You can pick up the same plunger at Dollar Tree for $3.00. I know I won't shop this over priced store again.
