I went in to do a return from another store. I didn't have the receipt and the lady said I couldn't do it. I have to drive now 2 hours to return something that cost $5. I have been in this store before and tried to get a propane exchange. There was one small spot of rust on the propane tank and they wouldn't exchange it. Don't go here. It's a waste of time. The people that work here are great. It's just the management that's a bunch of jerks. They offer no solutions and just say no.

Great experience! I needed a adapter for my RV trailer and found it on their website. I got there before the store opened so I had to wait a little bit. But as soon as they opened I was greeted at the door and promptly helped. I didn't get her name, but she took me directly to the item I needed. I have never been to the store before but will probably be back because of how easy it was.

Wonderful and friendly customer service with everything I need close to home. No need to go to Home Depot (ICE Boycott) or other big box store for my power tools or home repair needs. They even sell local products - I spotted Botanical Interest brand seeds in their store!

I had to install a water valve behind my fridge to meet code, but my plumber didn’t have the right one. So I called Ace Hardware, and this super nice lady picked up right away and transferred me to Joe in plumbing. Man, Joe’s knowledge was spot-on—he gave me a couple solid options over the phone. I headed to the store, talked to him in person, and he was just as professional, helpful, and kind as can be. I snapped pics of the choices to send my plumber, and we nailed the perfect fit in about 15 minutes total. So grateful for Joe’s expertise—he made a potential headache super easy. Ace still has the helpful folks!

Walked in for a duplicate key and left with a rounded shower curtain rod and a frozen pie for dinner! Interesting stuff for fixing my holes in the wall. Eyeballed a few more things for my next walking trip over to Ace. Get this all the people working we’re super nice, and guy working near the paint mentioned he thought the pies were good. I got a pie and went to pay for everything put the pie in my big shopping bag. He thought I may have accidentally forgot the pie at the cash register. And tired to remind me. So nice he was looking after my distracted self. Loads to see and fun to look at Ace. It’s a good day when folks are nice.
