The girl at the front greeted me and my daughter and was helpful and polite. My only issue, while she was working the register all by herself, 3 employees were just standing at the paint counter. Literally staring at the register and the line and doing nothing. Their was 5 people in line at one point, and all they did was chat, laugh, and split when the line got bigger. It was a guy with a beard, a bigger girl, and an old dude just watching. Imagine the service if all employees were working fairly. The store would be spotless.

It was okay. Prices i thought was high for 2 batteries. The person who help me locate the batteries was pleasant and polite. However, the older female cashier was not pleasant at all.

Went in and saw JAMES today who helped this plumbing dummy (Me) get all the items I needed to remove a broken disposal and re-plumb it to a standard drain. I could not have done it without his help or would have purchased the wrong items. He is an Amazing employee and a true asset to Ace Hardware. Sincerely, Gary

Looking for plastic containers to store Christmas decorations. I was directed to the end of aisle 6. Found the size I needed and had a 50% off coupon . What a experience, both cashier and associate were helpful and pleasant.
