December 2025 Neighborhood hardware store with a good inventory. Needed some kitchen supplies and they did have the basics. Helpful staff and a community feel.

The counter lady was very helpful and friendly. She asked if I needed help and I told her what I needed and she directed me there quickly. The store is a little small and a little bit expensive, but we need to support local businesses.

They won't have what you need. This store is more interested in being a housewares boutique which is obviously demonstrated by their vast 30' aisle of housewares. It seems like they may be going out of business because they constantly stop carrying the actual products a neighborhood full of 100 year old buildings would need. I guess finances are a little tight. The managers compensate for the shortcomings by acting like everyone is a shoplifter and giving defensive and nervously delivered bad advice and the general staff seem constantly oppressed. This has got to be the saddest ACE I've ever been in. You're better off walking a few blocks to one of the many other hardware stores close by that actually stock items you want.

Very disappointing customer service. An older white male employee rolled his eyes at me just because I didn’t know where the item I wanted was located. His attitude was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I did not feel respected as a customer.

I went there to get a key copied and not only was the customer service unmatched. It literally took a minute, I was in and out of there.
