One of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. Just when you thought you can get anything on Amazon I was proven otherwise. This store has an incredible selection of hardware far beyond what I would have imagined. Neatly organised and easy to find without help. Whoever designed their display is incredibly thoughtful providing samples of materials you might need. This is especially useful when trying to find the correct screw size.

I love a good neighborhood hardware store. I came here whenever I needed anything the last five years, but I've had two not great experiences that have soured me. The first was that I couldn't get into the store when I used crutches. The staff had big smiles when they told me, a then visibly disabled person, that they had disabled the ADA door function. Obviously that is illegal, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept coming. Over the weekend I bought a drill bit that ended up not fitting in the drill (same brand) that I had purchased from Handy Handyman previously, so I asked if I could exchange it for some other supplies I needed. The item was unused and if they'd inspected it they'd have been able to tell. The associates were very polite when they explained the return policy, which I get, but it should have been disclosed at the register. The associate who denied my exchange was so polite and admitted that I was supposed to have been told that prior to purchase. I've purchased so many non-consumable items from drill bits to saws to use only once, and I've never returned anything, so it's disappointing they wouldn't work with me on that. When I asked where the policy is disclosed they said on the receipt. When I said "final sale" has to be made clear prior to purchase, the associate was very apologetic and said the person who sold me the item was supposed to have told me. While the associates are lovely and helpful, I'm buying my hardware at Cliff's from here on out, because those folks are honest at the register, and they don't hide their return policy signs behind upsell racks and propped open doors.

Absolutely great store with great people. I came in with some unique plumbing issues that came up during a DIY install of a new shower head and they were able to give me the exact part I needed to solve all my problems. They were very willing to spend a lot of time with me trying to find a solution. Very friendly and competent service. Definitely go there for all your needs!

I’m looking for replacement special parts almost week, and actually the store have with reasonable price. I was very surprised, young stuff very knowledgeable and helpful, definitely will be back. Highly recommend.
