Very good good selection of parts and pieces but fail on customer support to show one the stock you're looking for. Telling the customer, down this isles to the left, doesn't really do it. Other times, the staff walked me to the item to make acselection. Thus, spotty customer services. But very good stock, ifvyou like to pinpoint what you want by yourself.

The Asian male MANAGER is RUDE and arrogant (looks Chinese). I was asking about something but while I was talking, he was interrupting me and was already walking away. I asked another female associate who said, “He is the manager.” She said the section is not her area. Obviously, she cannot answer my questions. Again, I approached a male associate William, who was helpful and knowledgeable, a complete opposite of the manager. The manager should be trained on proper customer service.

Really nice people. Super helpful. Super knowledgeable. Sometimes there can be a rude employee but if I walk a few steps further I find a great one.

Have been shopping here since they opened but had a bad experience today. I asked one of the employees where the trash can was so I can discard an empty plastic cup from my hands so I don't have to carry it around the store. I was told that they didn't have one. That just didn't make sense to me so I left the cup by the entrance and went to look for parts. After awhile, I was approached by another employee and was let know that this is a private place and that I shouldn't bring my trash in there and that I need to pick that cup and take it with me. Wow, amazing customer service! The irony is when you look at their sign outside it claims "The Helpful Place"

I don’t understand how this place has any bad reviews. It’s literally the best hardware store I’ve ever been to. Every time I go to other stores, I’m never ever ever able to find anyone to help me. At this store, there are always too many friendly store associates looking to help. I am amazed at how they stay in business with how many people they always have. Also, I saw some reviews that mentioned a negative experience when getting keys cut. I just got two keys cut for a reasonable price of $8.67, and they did it so quickly and with a friendly attitude, and the keys match up
