A hardware store like a hostage situation. It's claustrophobic and overpriced, but it's the only hardware store in the neighborhood. If you're free during the minimal operating hours, you can get all the basic screws, switches, and they cut keys as well. The staff couldn't be bothered to help me find anything, but they did have the time to chastise me from having used my own tote bag to haul soil up from the basement to the upstairs cashier. It's always lovely to be treated like a shoplifter before you get ripped off.

Service is great but pricing are outrageous, $7 electrical breaker was sold to us for $21. I understand that it need to be higher due to the size of the store, but 350% more that department store is crazy.

Don't shop here is there is anything that you may need downstairs and can got it yourself. They don't want to help you even though there are 5 people working just standing around not doing anything. When you call to talk to the manager about the experience they will hang up on you. Sucks that the hardware store 3 block from my house will not be getting ANY OF MY MONEY. I'll just drive all the way out to Home Depot

Lots of stock, prices are on par with other local hardware stores. The staff could be a bit more friendly.

Rude. Unhelpful. Look at you like you are a burden when you walk in the door. Specifically two older grey haired gentleman - especially the one with the beard. The kind of employees who clearly would rather be at home yelling at the TV than working a customer service job. Plenty of other options in the city - go to any one of them aside from this place!
