I love Ace Hardware AdMo in DC and Payne Ave in St. Paul, Minn. In fact I have yet to experience an Ace Hardware I didn’t love. They are knowledgeable, helpful and happy employees making every trip to Ace a happy, fast, fun experience while doing an errand. Who says that about big box stores?

I’m extremely disappointed with the way my family was treated at this store. A manager wrongly identified my brother as someone who had allegedly stolen from the store even though he has never stepped foot in that store a day in his life. What makes this even more disturbing is that she identified him a day after the incident, claiming he was the person involved. Instead of verifying facts, she pointed him out, and the situation escalated to the point where he was arrested over a complete mistake. This was a terrifying and humiliating experience for our family. Situations like this should be handled with care, professionalism, and proper confirmation not assumptions made after the fact. False accusations can have serious consequences, and no one should have to go through something like that. I hope the store takes this as a serious wake-up call to improve employee training, accountability, and the way suspected incidents are handled in the future. Customers deserve to feel safe not falsely accused without evidence

Super friendly staff, super positive, polite, and the team work vibe is all over the place. I love going to this shop just because the staff kindness and the whole vibe of the store is at top. They're very helpful and always ready to assist you. Totally recommend going there. Especially if you live around, it's the only hardware store in the area.

I love Ace Hardware, especially this location! Whenever my pup has a vet visit nearby, I always stop in to grab him some snacks and a few toys. The staff is friendly, and they always make the shopping experience quick and easy.
